Jewelling?

I built this jig to do my bolt jewelling and used a vise for the magazine follower.

Nice, they fit the "T" slot in your milling machine I assume.

these are machined to fit t-slot, but I'm sure you could make them with hand tools.
all you need is time and patience.

For the guys using the cratex sticks, what kind of rpm's are you running?

I checked on the Brownells site and they now say they will not ship it outside the USA.

You have to get off your crunt and pick up the phone to talk to a live person, if you want almost anything exported by Brownells.

Try that.

I was running about 500 rpm.thats as low as my machine would go

Finally had a chance to get at my bolt. I think it came out pretty good considering it was my first time doing it?

Thanks, it was partly due to your post that I decided to do it myself. The Cratex stick and soap stone holder worked great!
