Job Opening: Phone Customer Service Person

We are adding a full time telephone customer service person to our team in North Vancouver

Working hours are 7am to 3pm

Requirements:

- be fluent in English
- have an excellent phone manner
- able to handle a stressful service environment at certain times.

Job Scope:

- providing general customer service
- correcting order problems
- taking orders via phone
- working with other members of the team to assist customers

Fluency in French and a firearms license are not required, but would be great additional assets for any applicant.
