The opportunity to pick up a Jack O'Connor Custom Tribute 270 that is in excellent condition has come my way. The rifle is a range queen with around 125 rounds down the barrel shoots under 1/2 MOA, no box or paperwork.

The current owner is past his days of sheep hunting, fading and retired from active life who doesn't appreciate this quality of rifle anymore.

Not sure I need it. In today's market of black and camo what's the rifle realistically worth?

Thanks for advice, thoughts and input.

I bought one when they first come out and I wish at the time I had known that there were two different models, one had the steel butt plate and the other I bought had a rubber butt pad, I bought it for $1800.00 cdn out of the US and sold it 2300.00 cdn and it was never fired, depends which model as they don't come up for sale very often.

I would say aprox $2000.00 for used and up $3000 in mint condition, Im sure it all depends on how bad you want one and what your willing to pay.

there's one for sale on Gunbroker right now and the bid is at 1980.00 USD for the steel but plate model

There’s one for sale locally (consignment) with a decent Zeiss on it, Steel butt plate, engraved floor plate. The shop is asking $3000 for the package I believe.

Been there for a bit.....
