Reeves' gun play apparently long predates that training with TB. Anyway, that said I am absolutely there day one at the theatre. This movie is critic proof for me.

John Wick was my favorite movie since HEAT, Sicario or maybe a few Tarantino flicks....

I am utterly exited for this. The first set up an amazing world of intrigue (the cops, the hotel, the black "hitman" buddy staying in the hotel, the club in the hotel, the "regulars" in the club, Ms. Perkins final scene etc...) without explaining it that every other movie seems to need to, to hold the hand of the viewer. Aside from the AMAZING gunplay I am just dying to see more of "John Wicks" world, love movies that are realistic/not completely directed at simpletons.

Agree. Mechanic Resurrected was so terrible I had to turn it off. John Wick I am excited for. First one was great and this one looks like it maybe just as amazing.

Don't forget the coins! I was fascinated by them, not so much for the value of the gold but the infinitely more valuable services they could buy. In the right circumstances, a coin or two could literally save your life.

Can't wait to see more John Wick's world!
