Is it just me or does every VZ58 in John's photo's look restricted (as in barrel is shorter then the CZ858 non-restricted)
 
So every model coming in is (looks like) Restricted??? ####ty. Would be nice to have more of the VZ-58L non-restricted chrome bore.
 
Well gents If I may add my thoughts, I have been considering the "VZ-58"Style rifle for quite some time. Restricted clasification aside, Based on my research and discussions with others, I really belive that the shorties are really where these rifles and caliber will shine. Give some serious thought to the following models

Add

  • a good low-profile red dot with a solid mount like the larue Iron dot/dr opitc,
  • a good solid stock, (not a real fan of the folders)
  • a sling,
  • updated furnature if you like,
  • maybe a krink type break,
  • a good chest rig
  • a dozen mags,
  • a crate or two of ammo
  • Add some serious mag change practice
I really belive you will have a viable rifle for 3gun and defensive type shooting

Just some food for thought.

I believe they are all the Novohradský - FSN 01 series of rifles. If so they are not just another CZ858 with shorter barrel they are a newer version that are blued or what they call blackening not painted like CZ858 and have stainless gas block, semi auto only and made from new spare parts from what I found and read... Johnone can correct me if I`m wrong.

I wouldn't exactly say that the barrel length will make the caliber shine but it sure would be fun for 100m or less shooting.

Ooh and we will be offering pretty much everything you listed less the ammo and practice in the new year. (shameless I know)
 
I cant wait i have been waiting for this shipment for along time, i was thinking of getting one of each but i think i will buy 3 krinks and one with the new furnitgure
