Johnson Rifle

Koldt. Johnson bayonets are hard to come by here in the states. They never were very plentiful owing to the fact that like the rifles not many were made and then you have attrition through service, theft, abuse, loss. Do your bayonets have the scabbards with them? The last Johnson bayonet and scabbard I saw for sale went for $125.00 about 3 years ago. Of course that was just my observation/experience but I would say that you have a valuable item Joe

I exported a Johnson to the US, it wasn't officially adopted by the US military, and therefore ok. The first try it was declined, but once clarified, it was okayed. The FSSF only used the LMG Johnson and I think it was one division of Marine Raiders that used the '41s for a bit. If you want to get through the paper work, you can get much fatter cash in the US for it!
