My first revolver and I couldn't be happier with it.
Was just like a kid at Christmas when that brown truck showed up yesterday.
Great service from Ellwood Eps. The gals on the phone at the Alberta CFO office were unbelievably helpful when it came to getting my ATT.

Good for you. I have a Ruger GP161, same as yours, but in stainless steel. I oiled the internal parts following the disassemble procedures, with the trigger group out of the frame. It's so smooth after I did it...and enjoy

Don't own any Rugers more of a S&W man myself but once you get bitten its hard to not fall in love with wheel guns. Favourite thing about 357 guns is they shoot anything from full house jhps down to wadcutter target loads without changing springs etc.
