They do but people can ask questions about things ie when are more coming that sort of thing what models ect.

On the flip side my buddy sent in a brand new you ores s&w for a warranty claim and 18 months later he has not seen his gun so.... Hope you don't need warranty work even on a day old gun

I had not the same experience as you to deal with NS. I tried to order a part for one of my pistol last year, after 3 E-mails and 3-4 phone calls (no reply to mail), finally I gave up. I don't want to say that guy's name here.
