Who is a good dealer in canada who deals with JP enterprises?

2nd question is... are the JP upper/lowers available to canadians?

I believe ATRS carries some JP parts,but not complete upper/lower assembly

CRAFM at top of page in banner section carries U/L and complete rifles

CRAFM have some parts and complete rifles but Ive never seen stripped lower/upper.

If you're looking for a billeted style upper and lower set, similar in style to JP's, I think Dlask make a set.

im actually trying to build a RSASS clone...the RSASS uses the JP LPR07 reciever and VTAC fore-end,

if you look at the RSASS right next to the JP LPR07 complete rifle it is identical.

but i didnt realise till i looked on CRAFM that the JP complete rifle is $4700!!

so im back to attempting the clone

I guess that's because JP make them for Remington. As I said Dlask make quite a nice lower and upper billeted receiver set, while not identical once you add the JP handguard you'll achieve the same kind of effect.
