JP Rocky Mtn. 3-Gun World Match...

Do not need to be associated with a team to enter. Something they worked up to get more foreign shooters to enter.

so...I prepared this the other day, thought others may get use from it. I had to guess in some spots but this is based on the info Denise emailed out. Looks like we might have to double check the truck suspension before we leave. Assumes 2 on every paper target

Thanks for that Mat...

So.... What's our ammo rule of thumb?
Bring at least twice the published round count?
Yeah.... Loadout will weigh a bit... lol

A lot of the 3 Gun matches I've shot the published amount was for 1 A hit on paper. So I'd double that, then bring your normal extra amount.

I factor in misses too... Lol
'More than once I've burned through a 30rnd mag on a stage where ten rounds "should" have been all you needed.

Wow, I'm excited for you guys. I'm hoping to make 2015 the "Year of the Gun" and try my first 3-gun event. Hope to see a good Team Canada AAR here in the future.
For Canada!

We made it into town last night...............straight drive through the night with only one 2 hour rest. 3 Drives makes sort work of it.

Some great sights on the way.

Team Hoser rolled into Raton around 6pm...
'Pulled over by the side of the hwy in Oklahoma to scope out some prairie dogs.... 'Couldn't count them all.
Really looking fwd to our post match prairie dog shoot in Colorado...
