JP Silent Capture Spring vs Armaspec Stealth Recoil Spring

Forget Trudeau idiotic election promise and let's talk AR15 tuning/optimization...
Here is my question: what is the best buffer/spring system to reduce recoil impulse of an AR15?
Specifically, I'm looking for shooter who bought/tried:
* JP Silent Capture Spring
* Armaspec Stealth Recoil Spring
* Vltor A5 buffer system

My AR15 rifle is pretty low recoil but I'm aiming for Ruger 10/22 level of recoil and accurate rate of fire

I’ve been using the Armaspec in my Modern Sporter. Haven’t had a problem, it use it for 223 and 50 Beowulf uppers.

I think the best way to reduce recoil is a lightweight BCG.

Agree, I think the buffer/spring system has very little to do with it. Gas length, gas amount/restriction, weight of BCG, muzzle break, all have way more effect.
