Looking at picking one of these up from a used site.
Was planning on getting a new 9mm but the price is pretty decent, anyone here own one? Is it gonna be a jamomatic special?

I had one for about 3 years and it worked great. I found 1 type of ammo that didn't feed well (can't remember what kind) but other than that it never missed a beat as long as I used original Glock mags.

Only reason I sold it was because I didn't like how you have to take it apart to give it a good and proper cleaning.

I now have a Thureon Defense in 40 S&W and love it. Full takedown is as simple as pushing a couple pins out to separate the upper and lower (just like an AR) and removing the charging handle. The bolt then drops tight out.

The Thureon is a little more expensive and harder to find than the JR but worth it in my opinion. Regardless the JR should still be a great firearm for you. I just didn't like the takedown, but that's just me.

I’ve had one for 6 years and close to 15K rounds. it’s been a great gun. Mine is 9mm, eats everything I feed it. I reload, and it’s the gun that gets all the mixed bullet types, almost dead brass, etc. Because it’ll always go bang. Customer service is great, the gun is well built. i’d Buy another in a heartbeat
