Jr carbine .45 reliability?

I just took my .45 JRC out today...and it was flawless with the few magazine fulls that I fed it. Still using the Norinco ammo, as it seems to like them. There might be something to be said about these things needing some sort of break in period. I'm still quite pleased with how accurate this thing is.

Where the 45 auto Is such a short fat round, it tends to flip alot. Jrc came up with a fix for the issue. Contact them if You own a 45 and the can send You the repair parts. I have a jrc 45 and had the repair done and mine works great now. I recommend not using reloads as they don't have the kick to cycle these right. They were designed to use factory loads.

I called jrc last week for my jr45 and they not only sending the buffer kit, but also said they have a new bolt carrier arriving on aug 15, that they are sending out. Did you get a new bolt as well?

Mine eats 9mm American Eagle 147gr Flat point FMJ just fine. Never tried anything else yet. I have a new one but I ordered spare parts x2 just in case anything ever happens. If the company goes broke I want to have stuff on hand because I don't know how long I'll own it. It never hurts to have spare parts on hand and it is reasonable to buy from JR's website. They won't ship some parts because they want you to go through Canadian authorized dealers because American export law won't allow it. Or it's the other way around?

Thanks for sharing, we know the 9mm is reliable, we talking aBout the reliability of the 45acp version, when you get the conversions done on yours to 45acp, and have any issues with it, rem this is what this thread is about. (0.45ACP)
