JR Carbine 45ACP

According to JR Carbine Products web page these take AR internals so unfortunately it will be restricted. Campaign to un-restrict the AR platform anyone?

^^^ wrong, the 9mm and .40 versions are not restricted.... its the receiver that makes it restricted not internals

I have one in 9mm thats NR why would a 45 be any diffrent got mine from wolverine but now my freind wants one any one know any one thats selling them because there not on there site any more.

But i had to edit this post because i see that this is in ellwood epps and they have a 9mm in stock found it.

I spoke to Guy at Wolverine as I have an order in for the JR carbine in .45 acp. I wondered why they no longer had the JR carbine on their website. He tells me they are still selling JR carbines but they don't show up on their website because they are re-building it. He assures me they still sell them and the .45 is expected in late January/early February. That was on December 11th.

The meat of the question is has the RCMP seen it yet?

The following is a copy of the FRT when they classified an AR look alike shotgun restricted in 2011. Original post is here http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=470601&page=26

Now tell me that pistol calibers are exempt and that the internals don't count! They even cite AR platform rifles chambered in 40 S&W in their conclusions.

Yes, the RCMP has seen them two years ago and approved the platform

You are trying very hard to get these relisted as restricted, are you a member of the NDP?
