I think it's the only really sucky thing on the gun. Looks like they ran out of cash and ideas in research and development.
Anyone make anything to replace it yet?

I feel the same way, I wish it was longer and fixed to that bolt sturdier, that little screw starts to come loose after 300 rounds.

Longer because I keep getting my knuckles cut and scraped on my sights when racking that bolt back on trying to pull that bolt back when its stuck. Needs to be a good 1.5 to 2 inches longer.

After you've put enough rounds through it to warrant a good cleaning, you'll have to remove the handle for disassembly. After you've put it back together and put another 300 ish rounds through it, it will come loose. Just tighten it again when the action is warm and you won't have another issue until next time. This is a downfall for this gun for sure, but not as much of a PITA as buttstock removal for cleaning.

they don't like the cheap norinco 45acp ammo either. The blazer ammo works best, and yes the charge handle does come loose. Just like Jmiverson said, tighten it when the bolt is warm, and it doesn't come loos again. The stupid stove pipes are getting really annoying with thIs rifle, I bought the glock springs from just right and did everything they suggest, but I will get the 1/10 stovepipes on 3 different glock mags. Anyone else having same issues still or figured out a better solution?

When i unscrewed the buttstock, I didnt notice I was at the end and I wasnt holding it tightly enough and it went flying across the room and dented one of my walls :(
Aghhh, that is annoying!

The problem is if you don't notice that it's getting loose, unlikely, but it could happen, is that if you lose that handle you are royally truly facked!

This might work. Not down at the bolt because there isn't enough room in the recess where it fits, but inside the handle. I will find a lil lock washer on Monday and report back, unless someone beats me to it.

You mean where the screw sits inside the handle? Not much room in there...

I just use a tiny bit of loctite for the bolt handle screw and it never comes loose. I as well find the bolt handle way too small and a larger one would be an improvement for me.

My JRC should be showing up next week, so I'll have a better understanding of what is going on, haha. I'm so excited! I have my 5x 10/33rnd KCI mags that I ordered sitting here waiting to go, lol.

I know from using my Beneli M4 that I'm not a fan of small cocking handles, so hopefully someone comes out with an extended one for this.

Had my JR apart today, turns out there is already a lock washer in the handle. Looked pretty flat, so I replaced it. Hoping this will keep it from coming loose.

Guys just lock tight it. I have put a 1000 rounds of very rapid/high round count shooting and it hasnt come loose at all.
