Shim or just shorten the handguard to clear the receiver, and then any standard AR handguard will fit. I can't stand quad rails, so I replaced mine a while ago. Can be done a pile of different ways, depending on what you have available to you. I used a milling machine, but you could also get by with a belt sander, angle grinder, or just a piece of friggin sandpaper on a flat surface if you had enough time and patience. It'll look funny if you put in on a standard dimension AR, but these things are pretty cheap from the usual chinesium dealers (Wish, Ali Express, etc), so you're not out much if you go that route.
