There was a little pin on mine making the stock non-adjustable, i just drilled it out and everything was fine.
Here's where it is/was.

Is the buffer tube on these mil spec or commercial?
Don't throw it out. Once the pin is out is becomes a standard 6 position collapsible which you could easily sell for $25-$40 to someone looking to add a collapsible to a shotty or other fixed stock rifle.
It does look a little high.
quick question.... it looks like the rail of the fore end is off center from the rail on the receiver?
is this just my eyes playing tricks on me?
