JRC is awesome with warranty, definitely contact them and see what they say. As for mine I've never noticed any problems, but they also do recommend you run them wet.

Mine is so wet she's dripping! I filled their form, and I'll call them tomorrow...

So they called me back, told me to turn the bolt expansion 180 degrees and try it. And if that still doesn't work that they would send me another bolt.

I have no idea what a bolt expansion is and how to turn it 180 degrees.

So I took it apart, and here are some pictures of before and after rotating the bolt. You can clearly see some pretty good abrasion there on the bolt, where I suspect its causing it to stick.

I'll go try it out at the range this week, probably wednesday or thursday morning and see if its any better with the bolt this way.

Since you can see where it's wearing off, check where that mates to and you may find a burr or sharp edge.

When I find where its rubbing on should I then file that off a bit?

Try to return the rifle before doing anything? I wouldn't mess with it.

Return it where? Wanstalls? I doubt they'll want anything to do with it, even if it's only 30 days old.

I'd try...it's defective.

From everything I've read, the 9mm's normally run like champs.

Find the burr, then contact JRC, ask them what you should do. Then you can talk to Wanstalls if JRC doesn't resolve it for you.

Well rotating that bolt extension worked, shot about 200 rounds wit it this morning and no issues what so ever.

Yah its working fine, facking thing got me frustrated though... Anyways I learned to take it apart.
