I am a lefty to naturally I want to take advantage of the ambidextrous fetures of the JR carbine. I purchased an AR amorers wrench for the castle nut (Doesnt work for the forend locking ring btw). I was advised by the fella at the shop that each rifle has a set torgue rating, and if over torqued it could damage/ruin the rifle, I am assuming that this could be for the castle nut as well as the take down screws.
Would appreciate it if someone can enlighten me a bit on the torque requirements and settings ... is this for both the take down screws and the castle nut or just one of these ? I have searched high and low for info to no avail.
Thanks in advance
