It seems the heavier the caliber the worse the feed problems. Most people with the 9mm seem to have no problems. .40S&W seems to have some problems that can be worked out. .45 seem to be full of problems. Sounds like these issues can be worked out with adjustments but, no gun should be sent out like that.
My .40S&W is working pretty good now, but considering the 'total' cost of these guns after adding sights or accessories I WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN.
One more annoyance. The butt stock comes pinned and can't be moved...WTF. I called JR directly and they told me they were required by law to ship them that way and it is not easy to fix! Another reason to stay away. I give this gun a 6 out of 10.
meh, its very easy to remove the pin in the buttstock. Drill a small hole in the plastic of the buttstock on the opposite side of were the pin is inserted and hammer out the pin with a punch. Took me 5 mins.
