Jt12f removing the pistol grip stock help!

Does anyone know how to remove the pins that hold the stock together on the pistol grip variant of the Jt12f?

There is another one on the other side but you cannot push the pins through.

Looking at the exploded diagram, these two pins are holding the rear part of the stock on the pistol grip adapter.

Any ideas?

I don't want to break anything and any help/ideas would most appreciated.

I read on the internet they push in and fall inside. Than slide off the stock.
I have yet to try it with mine
