Not looking to start any arguments BUT;
If you are of the correct ethnic origin it wouldn't be classified as poaching! Even if you shoot Bighorn Sheep and leave them to rot on the side of the highway your only punishment would likely be a stern talking to from an Elder. One land ..... two laws! Now you tell me how that isn't discrimination?

Has nothing to do with what ethnicity you are. It has to do with treaties and land ownership. The "government" cannot enforce laws where it has no jurisdiction. Many self-governing aboriginal groups have their own sustainable harvesting guidelines.
