Looking for some info on a jungle carbine I just bought. It seems to be authentic and numbers match on all the parts I can find numbered. I'm Curious about the markings on the reciever though. It seems to be double marked with an electro pencil. It is marked No. 5 Mk. 1 ROF (F)

Does this mean it was arsenal repaired in Oct. 1944 after being made in July 1944? The gun is in very good shape and I hope it shoots decent. Any help would be appreciated thanks FWM.
