Hey just a question guys, went into my local gunsmith to adjust my rear sight that seems to be moving around on my cz75b and he happenned to have a used 22lr conversion in his shop for $299. So I bought it. Is it normal for these things to require fitting (which is what the guy is doing this week for me) and is that a decent deal even though it only has one magazine? Also the way it looks leads me to believe that its a few years old. It says praha something rather on the top (assuming it means Prague), and does not say kadet on it anywhere.. Also do these things usually come with their own slide stop or is it supposed to use the 9mm one? Thanks for any feedback.

$299 is not a bad deal. On my shadow, the pistol's slide stop works with the kit. Mind you it says Kadett on the slide so it might be different than yours. It does require some fitting on certain models apparently like my shadow.

I bought the kit a few months ago.New with 2 mags was around $450.It uses original slide stop(9mm) and required no special fitting. It says on the left side of the slide cz75 kadet and has the serial # on the right near muzzle. Not sure what you have bought and hope someone can tell you more.

well it does have a CZ logo on it I am just guessing its probably like 5-8 years old...As soon as I get it back from the gunsmith I will post pics
