The 120gr Horandy HP is another good game bullet that would be suitable for a 25/06. I got some this year, but haven't got to trying them in my 257R.

I bought some Hornady 117 gr in the 257 Roberts last season for a gal that was borrowing my Win feather. She shot a gagger of a mule buck in southern Alberta with this bullet. One shot was all it took and that brute was down. i was very surprised by the internal damage this bullet caused, might even be less expensive than some of the others in your list. FS
