Just bought a Norc NP-22

I prefer email when purchasing things. If you do not want to do transactions through email that is fine. There are plenty of other places that do. I really don't want to start another "I hate Marstar thread" and I really do not hold it against you or your company. I just prefer to osupport someone else at this time.

As for the M305 I placed my purchase order in in November of last year. Unforunately I do not have the record of the email anymore. It really does not matter now as I found someone else who can get one in if I wait a little longer. I would prefer to deal with him instead. If you reall want to get to the bottom of this you can PM me for my name and vitals which I gave Marstar when I was added to the list.

let's be fair here, in your private e mail to me you indicated you had changed your e mail address.... Unfortunately this must have happened at the same time our crystal ball batteries ran out....

How were we supposed to contact you ?

Yes let's be fair shall we.

I did say that recently (3 weeks ago to be exact) I changed my email address due to a high amount of spam going through. I would expect that you would have contacted me by then, right? Also the email account is still active and I do check it every couple of days as well so if you had tried to contact me it would have been caught. I would also like to note I recieve about a dozen emails a day and have yet to hear from any of them that they were unable to contact me.

If you like you can test this by sending an email out. You can find my email address from my original message from which I received a reply.

Of course if you cannot find this email (I've been told some of them go missing) you can pm me for the details.

Now I did give you all the information stated in your replying email so if you were unable to contact me further it should not be my fault should it?

Just to be fair. I sent out an email today to your store inquring about something else. lets see how fast its replied to.
 
I should also mention that the owners manual that came with the gun lists the parts in the case as follows:

1 One spare magazine
2 Cleaning rod and brush
3 Instruction manual.

Those of you who did not get a second mag should look and see if its listed. Maybe they don't ship all of them with it.
 
I received your email John. Of course there is no 20 round m1 mags, that was a given. I really do not need m1 mags. I wanted to see if you or someone else in your company would respond and if that response would get through.

What I was showing you was that my email works and yours does as well.

( In case anyone else cares what I did was use my old email that was in question to send an inquiry to marstar. It was something stupid like are your m1 carbine mags 20 rounds?)
