Been sitting on the fence for some time and I broke down and come home with a shorty to day. Not sure what direction I am going to take yet. This means more reading and asking questions for the ones with more knowledge.

Thanks
Shawn

read the stickies...wealth of info there. be prepared to tinker...if you're lucky you won't have to...much.

welcome to the addiction!

Wash off all that goofy grease and oil yet?

Got any bearing grease or lithium grease handy so that you can grease the bolt lugs, bolt roller, op Rod track, op Rod guide, bolt raceways, hammer face and hammer nose?

YouTube is your friend....

Cheers and welcome to the addiction.

Barney.

Welcome to the addiction!

Like Barney said, grease is your friend.

TonyBen has a great video on disassembly on YouTube.

Check the op rod guide for tightness & go shoot it.

If you are anywhere near me, feel free to PM for some range time & the obligatory swapping of lies. :)

Finally got it all cleaned up and went over everything and made my first trip to the range. To my surprise the rifle shot very well and was very accurate. I will get so pics up soon. Now I just need to figured out what I would like to do first. Trying to figure out why it took me so long to get one. Thanks guys

Yur gonna enjoy that rifle, its a hoot to shoot. It is however not a rifle for a beginner. Read everything U can on the net. Much of the info is factual, some is not. You will have to separate the wheat from the chaff as is everything U read on the internet.
