For what it's worth; the size and style of the lettering seems to vary. My CQB has 'Classic Green' written in the same (size & font) lettering as the serial #, on the same line.is there any way to get one without the lame "classic green" written on it?

Sort of, closer to full size anyhow. I've had a 14.3" Carbine on order since August, it's due in June. I have to sell the CQB 'cause I need the dough more that the rifle. Cold hard bite of reality, you know
