Just how good are the Sightron riflescopes?

I have the SII Big Sky 6.5-24 and it's an excellent scope. I'll buy another Sightron before I'll buy another Leupold for my rifles.

My 20x SS is in the EE right now for a lot less than yours and no one has snapped it up yet!

I was torn between getting 16 or 20 but figured I was already kind of used to the 20 SS so I stuck with 20.

Jerry's on vacation this week so I am ordered but waiting. I'm excited!

The 20x were never as popular as the 10x. Probably because 10x is used for military competition. Obviously I can't comment on your scope. It a friend had a 20x and I was not impressed by it. The glass didn't seem anywhere as good as the 10x and 16x versions.

The 10x that I sold had seen relatively little use and it came with the original packaging, manuals etc. I also threw in a $70 set of rings with it.

What reticle is on your 10-50?
It is a fine crosshair with a 1/8 moa dot.

Even put your NXS up for sale I noticed...
And sold! I am going to try the 10-50 SIII with the fine crosshair. Not that I'm getting rid of Nightforce scopes. They work very well. I am considering selling my Nightforce 3.5-15x50, and upgrade to a 5.5-22x50 on my 338L, where weight is not as much of an issue.

I got a 10 50 60 sightron on my 220 swift and I love it. Yes a have compared it with a nf and I couldn't see a difference in clarity,a very good bang for your buck,

Sold his Nightforce 12by 42 for Sightron

My Neighbour a F class shooter sold his NF for a Sightron seems to really like it he says it matches his stock better.??
