book wise, the ABC's of reloading is good i'm told.
for 9mm there are tons of powders, W231/HP-38, tight group, unique, universal, etc.
primers i stick with CCI because of colour, and the smallest packaging. they are very reliable, and tend to have a harder primer cup. Winchester works too, as does federal primers. federal are one of the softer primer cups around (good for tuned/light hammer spring revolvers)
