I just ordered a Tavor in the last few days. (WOOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!)
I was thinking of an EoTech, but then I found the Burris AR-332 site.
Honestly, I prefer some magnification, so 3x looked real good. I have had good experiences with Burris, and I would later top off the AR-332 with a FastFire II and Shield.
I kinda consider the pros as: no magnifier to have on the side to hang up on stuff("built in 3x"), the 332 has a bullet drop compensator for 5.56, it's illuminated to 2 colours, I have found Burris stuff to be tough as nails, and the fastfire later will be added for 25 meter fun. As well, all pieces are waterproof. A buddies EoTech went down to rain while muzzlegunning.... so that concerned me.
