DVC Limited looks so nice. I wish we could take advantage of the magazine capacity a 2011 offers in Canada. Stops me from purchasing one.

Question.. What role does the Costa fill? It looks like a Commander sized gun for CCW with the fixed sights and all but it's got the huge magwell for competition use. The shorter sight radius of the Costa also doesn't lend well to IPSC....just wonderin'

Magwell on the Costa is off the DVC. It's coming off going back on the DVC. Got a smaller tactical black magwell on order. This pistol serves no purpose. Pistol in general in Canada serves no purpose since we have 10 round limits and can't conceal carry. Will probably use it for 3gun just to change things up. The Costa does feel more balanced than the DVC and fits my hands better because of the shorter grip and trigger. It just feels so right it can't be wrong and it looks sick.

I had a Perfect 10 briefly before it burned in a housefire. I was hesitant about a half plastic gun with a $3000 price tag but the thing was definitely worth the money.

Too bad. Hope the insurance covered it. I agree that it is a fantastic gun

Damn!! I have been going back and forth agonizing over whether or not to buy that exact pistol for over a year now!! I used to have an STI Ranger II in 9mm that I absolutely loved (other than the crappy easily rubbed off finish that STI used to use) so this seems like a natural, but pricey, evolution for me... I just have trouble justifying the price.

I'd ask how you like it, but I already know the answer... ;) Damn... I had just put that gun out of my mind and now it's back! lol

is yours the blued finish or the ceracoat version?

Sorry to derail OP

Mine is the newest gen with cerakote not the blued version and oh boy is it an amazing pistol.
Trigger on it is incredible!!!!!

It is a good chunk of coin but 100% worth it for this kind of craftsmanship.
