Just purchased my first firearm.

Hey everyone, I just purchased (and yet to bring it home) M&P40 Range Kit. I have done all of my homework on all the different models, brands, looks, smells, colors, hybrids, and decided on this one. The reason I decided on the 40 is because I can switch it. (yes I know this wont be my only one but its where im starting)

My question though is this, where is the best place with reasonable pricing for me to purchase not just the 9mm bbl but also the Magazines as well? I am looking for these so I can interchange and have the use of 2 different pistols in one. I have read that you can use the stock 40 Mags with the 9mm cartridge and some say the last load wont load.

Any help is greatly appreciated, so I Thank You in advance.

Good choice. When I receive my RPAL, I'm gonna head down to P&D and purchase the 9mm Range Kit.

I bought the S&W M&P 9mm range kit. Can't go wrong for $650. I also ordered myself 1000 rounds of Wolf 124 gr 9mm ammo. Both items arrived on the same day by courier.

I just bought mine today for $660 in the 40 today, they didnt have any 9mm's in stock or I would have had one of those as well. I have been checking all of the shops listed above but no one had any of either in stock. P&D has it listed but when I emailed them right after they listed it as new on thier shelf they didnt have any for sale.

Also looking for a good place for decently priced Ammunition the only place listed above is Budget and I have emailed them. Has anyone got any experience dealing with them?
