Just received my PAL

Hey y'all I just received my PAL and at the bottom of the paper its attached on theres a tear away section that has my conditions(standard) on it. On the back of that piece it says to keep it with my licence card at all time because a peace officer or other authority may want to see it. Do I really need to keep it with me? my licence already has all that info on it.

Nope. I used to think the same. I called the CFO to clear this one up for myself... they actually recommend that you do not keep it with your license, unless you actually have specific conditions. Otherwise, they suggest that you keep it in a safe place at home as it can apparently help expedite the process of replacing your license should you lose it.
