Just received my rifle from Epps

Ordered a Remington 700SPS Varmint lefthand one week ago, and just came home to the parcel slip on the door. The box was perfectly packaged for shipping, and the rifle is nice and shiny new.

Ordering by phone was quick and easy, with a knowledgeable staff member taking the call. Having the rifle in 5 business days, from Ontario to here in Cold Lake Alberta, is excellent shipping in my opinion. And while I'm not too sure why I had to scan them a copy of my PAL (I would of figured verification be done with the #/name) I will definatly be ordering any firearms that I can't find locally through Epps.

The Chief Firearms Office has mandated that we must see each customer's PAL at least once to validate its authenticity. This is why we require new customers to forward images of the front and back sides of their PAL. While we agree that this exercise is questionable at best, since we have no means to verify the image on the PAL card with an out-of-town buyer, this requirement was implemented on our business license from the CFO, and is a mandatory requirement for each first-time purchase only.

Glad to hear you received your rifle in such a short timeframe, and are satisfied with your purchase. We do hope you will contact us for any future firearms purchases as well!
