Just Right Carbine KeyMod?

The importer that a lot of Canadian suppliers buy from does not have the MK3 JRs in stock yet. I have no word on when they may be available but I have been told they are coming at some point.

Rail swap is pretty simple. The MK1 or MK2 will require a barrel nut wrench to remove, the barrel nut then gets replaced by the updated nut for the keymod rail. Other than that, pretty straight forward.

Swap in and out is super easy. I did buy their wrench for my AR wrench didn't have the part to do one of their wider nut. I didn't use the shims for mine. I originally have the takedown model but bought a discount short FDE rail from JR. I ended up doing some tightening then use a 45degree rail mount put it between the rail and body then tighten mount and tighten the nut again.. It never came loose on mine ever.

I think it's standard.

I have / had the JRC Takedown and bought an M Lok hand guard from True North Arms (first transaction with them, like them and their website a lot, would buy again). It installed just as described above. Timed the (included) barrel nut (which the hand guard bolts to) with the included shim(s) and used blue loc-tite; been super secure.

I just got the same from them for the exact same JRC. Very happy. Would definitely order from them again. I would order some extra barrel shims.

Same here. Purchased an 17 m-lok hand guard from TNA as well. Swap barrel nut and your good to go. You will need grease for the barrel nut and some shims to index the guard correctly.
