Gentlemen, meet my CZ452 Style, nickle-plated metal with synthetic stock. Not very many were built so she's a rare lady. Bought her new in 2002. Walked into the LGS looking for a Varmint which was not in stock. This Style was on the shelf looking so pretty. Ordered the Varmint but couldn't resist this fine lady.

She has been lonely for a while, so I took her on a date the other day. To my warm indoor club. Didn't want my lady to be cold. As fine as ever, all shots touching or one-hole at 17 yds. Maximum at the indoor club. Should take her out more often lest she find another lover.

Do you guys treat your .22s well?

Mine shoots gopher holes. :) Here is a photo from I think...the last day I used it in southern AB. 452 Varmint in 22. Love that rifle so much I've thought about getting another...even though that doesn't make a shred of sense! lol

Glad I am not limited to 17 meters...

Our outdoor range is open year round, with woodstoves in the shooting shacks...

Beautiful gun! I'd definitely snag one if I saw one around.

Thanks for sharing.

My pleasure. She's like an all-weather American. Can't go wrong with this one.

Still kicking myself for not buying the one I seen new for sale 6 years ago.

This Style was one of my two best impulse buys ever. The other was a Stainless/Synthetic Ruger Mini-30 which I stupidly traded off.

I miss that Mini 30, though. Can't win them all.

It is not only fitting, it is your obligation:d:cool:

Love my Style...the first shot after 13 months in the safe,... bullseye (as in x). Haven't even installed my Yodave kit. Definitely a fine, classy lady.

How's the quality of the synthetic stock? ie. are they hollow, cheap feeling, etc.
I still haven't added a CZ to my cabinet and while I love the look of Wood I'm paranoid of "dinging" them. The rifles that see the most action are my synthetic stocks....the woods....not so much.

I never get tired of seeing pics of hoyt's CZz....

it's a quality synthetic stock with a rubberized coating, it melts in your hands, very soft and has a awesome grip to it, it's stiffer and less hollow feeling then the factory stock on a tikka T3 or the likes, it's HS precision stiff but lighter with a better grip to it.....I wish I knew who made it

Nice rifle OP! I picked up a mint Style off the EE about 6 weeks ago, couldn't believe my good luck. The first CZ I picked up about 2 years ago was a Silhouette, so having this pair is a nice combo. I've got a few other CZ's and they seem to multiply in my safe LOL

Got this one from Wanstalls about 4 or 5 years ago. It is my most accurate bolt action CZ. I wish I bought 2 or 3 when they were still available in the stores. Great rifles.

According to the product description from CZ, the CZ 452 Style had a "satin nickel" or "matte nickel finish for corrosion resistance".

The rifle in the photo appears to have a blued finish, which would make it a CZ 452 Silhouette model.

That is a very good observation Grauhanen.....it is a 452 Silhouette in 22LR. The only difference is the blued finish but most of the CZ crowd on CGN already know that :d.

Absolutely diiiiig cz rimfires!! I got a varmint 452 and the nice dip steel bottom metal, dip screws, dip adjustable sear.

Now your all making me want one a them cz's in that synthetic stock with the pencil barrel! Flippin chicken ! Lol and I got another new Anschutz on the way. Yet that cz is calling my name. Somebody's gonna let me take their lovely lady home right? I'm sure somebody doesn't like their synthetic cz 452 on here =)
