Just some refinishing/bluing photos

I started using oxynate 7 just because I got tired of searching for the Nitrates. People look at you funny when you ask for 100# of sodium nitrate. The tanks and stuff I bought used a few years ago.

You could use the ammonium nitrate from Tannerite, unmixed of course. Might not be worthwhile for the price to get enough of it, I'm not sure.

There is also a greenhouse in Edmonton that will sell potassium nitrate solution. You'd just have to let the water evaporate. They have to sell in a water solution though, which is a little ridiculous. Again, not sure if the price and effort makes it feasible.

Nice work though!

Yes, stump killer (potassium nitrate can be had in the summer at the garden stores at $10/pound. I used homemade solution the last 3 or so years, works just as good as Oxynate 7. I had to go Stateside for some other stuff so just splurged for a few pails, should be set for years now.
