Nice.... what did you use to strip off the black finish?
So you're polishing the flats on the sides and leave the curved areas blasted? You going to blue it or just make sure it's wiped down with an oily rag after each use?

Very nice, my CZ is my first brand spank'in new gun so I don't think Id be brave enough to try but it will be interesting to see what you have planned!

And you don't need to smack the end of the slide release. If your fingertip calluses are hard enough just push on it. Or if you're a soft skinned geek like I am
use the plastic end of the magazine to just push it past the spring so you're not beating on stuff. The key, as mentioned, is to line up the marks on the left side.But if you got the release out then you likely already know all this.
I want that! If the finish holds up without rusting I will seriously consider doing the same to my shadow. ...Although, I didn't really like the Stainless CZ75 so I wonder what it is about this that makes me like it so much.
