...thanks! I recently placed an order for some goodies for my CZ858. It was only my second time dealing with SFRC, but it certainly won't be my last. Order was processed and received very quickly. I ordered a NEA upper handguard, but decided several days after I had placed my order that I wanted the lower as well. I called on Friday to see if it was not too late to add it to my order, as it turns out I was just in time, my order was shipping out that afternoon.

The woman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I asked if it was possible to add something, she quickly checked that my parcel was still at the shop. I said I would like to add the lower handguard, and without a pause she asked if I wanted the gen II or gen I. I said preferably gen I, but I wasn't too picky. She then realized the gen I handguard inventory is wrong (the site says stock, but they were MIA I guess), again, directly off the top of her head.

Got my products today, and I couldn`t be happier. The fact she went out of her way to add my products on such short notice, and the fact she knew the products/variations I wanted, and even an inventory discrepency off the top of her head, I thought was really impressive, and my entire dealings were very pleasant.

I want to bump this thread. I now officially have a new rating scale by which all other retailers/distributors will be judged. Formally known as the 1-10 scale, I will now be rating such businesses as 1-SFRC.

Recent purchases of 2 Tokarev TT-33's and a Norinco M93 have left me beside myself in the level of customer service I received. The Team of Ryan, Marcie and (Karen I believe?) not only humored my neurotic and incessant badgering for updates and modifications to directions, but went above and beyond to send me product off their shelf to replace an incorrect magazine. Since these were a pre-order, Ryan took the time to not only keep an eye out for, but find and reserve the EXACT model and years Tokarev's I was looking for. Outstanding.

I will be making my next purchase for firearms related products from SFRC without question.

I can see other comments from Gunnutz here concerning SFRC, and took them into consideration when making my initial decision to purchase from SFRC (even though they were $30 more for the M93, just Sayin...) All I can say is everyone here is right. If you want what feels like personal attention to you and your order, SFRC is the way to go.

Thank again Ryan, and as soon as money permits, we will be talking about one of those 1911's...
