There’s been no photographic evident supporting the capture piles showing rifles separated from bolts. And no regulations found showing bolts removed on ships. I think it is likely just a bolt mm that got sent back.
I'm late to the party and really don't have anything to add other than I like it even with the bad duffle cut. Much better than most of the m/m refurb K98k's for sale up here but sadly won't command much money.
