K-Hornet Job?

Hi,

Anybody know someone here who could ream my 77/22 and my Hornady Die to a 22 K-Hornet?

Neil suttill did a great job on my k hornet after some pail head did a bit of home reaming. Affordable too.

Why would I need a new set of dies? In the past, I have had the same reamer used to make re-sizing dies so that the chamber and die were exactly the same. Anyone know what the going rate is for this type of work?

The reamer used to make a sizing die must have slightly smaller dimensions than the reamer used for chambering, especially in the neck, or it will not size the brass.

A properly ground roughing reamer can be used to ream a sizing die.

Ok that makes sense. I guess I should have asked more closely as to how he made the sizing dies.

The 77/22 hrnt mag will not allways feed K Hornet ammo without fussing with. Something to keep in mind. D.H.
