K31 help/question

New to the k31. The thing is a hoot to shoot.
Question is. Is there supposed to be this much play in the trigger before she fires?
The trigger just feels... loose? Before hand.

It’s called a two-stage trigger. You have a long, soft, first stage before reaching a harder wall that that has a crisp break. The factory triggers on K31s are excellent.

Its a 2 stage trigger and it is excellent.

I wish more rifles had a trigger like that. Superior to a super light single stage trigger imo ymmv etc...

great trigger - 2 stage: take up the slack and the let off is light & crisp

Shooting prone, unsupported, I find my K31 trigger to be a bit too light and need to adjust it a bit to obtain a clearer 2-stage pull. It's fine shooting over a sandbag on the bench but too light for my prone routine.
