K31 stock

Hey guys, so i came across this picture on the internets and was wondering if anyone know where i can get this stock for the K31?

probably from a custom stock maker, it won't be a off the shelf unit i'm sure. Maybe find one in switzerland, where it's still a mainstream target rifle

I'd bet it's a custom stock too. Might be a biathlon rifle stock. That isn't likely though.
Found this guy, Stateside, who is making custom target stocks for K31's. Searched 'Swiss Target rifle stocks'. Don't think there will be a border issue.

70% sure that is a K31 action based older 300m Bleiker rifle.
