K31 with a new style scope mount

Picked the mount up from the Shooting Centre in Calgary. I haven't seen them before so I'm pretty sure it's a custom very low production rail. They had a bunch of extra K31 mags too, I think it was only $35. In retrospect I should have grabbed a few more. You don't see those very often. Threw a Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 on it with Leupold PRW rings. I'll have to see how it shoots when it gets a little warmer but I have very high expectations! The mount seems rock solid and replaces the rear sight (no permanent modification).

Same way as you do if you are using a milsurp sniper rifle, chin weld.

Thanks,just ordered a k31 from them didnt know they hade the mounts would have got one thrown in and saved shipping .Dose anyone have any info on these are they solid and hold zero saw some good reports on utube what do you guys think off them

yes they hold zero. no issues at all, I have one on one of my K31's and I've even removed it and put it back on, it still held zero. Top quality clamp on mount, you just have to adjust at first to the side mount setup.
