You're looking at about $500 US for the scope and mount, and should probably get the Scope Adjusting Tool Set for $27 as well (sighting those scopes is quite the procedure).

Believe it or not, that's cheaper than what's currently available on eBay for repros.

Just purchased a norinco jw25. Im looking for a scope that somewhat resembles a ww2 k98 sniper that won't break the bank. Any suggestions?

I just went with a Bushnell 1.75-5 x 32 scope for mine. I never should have sold my weaver K4.

A Weaver K4 would be a close match. You can find one with a German Post Reticle for 80$ maybe.

Have an old Weaver on mine. Reasonable scope, looks good, can be found for around $50. My 12 year old son enjoys picking off .308 cases at 25 metres and beating his poor old Dad...

Cheap aim sports high see thru rings and Bushnell banner scope. Less than 100 bucks all in. Nice glass. Gave up on old school style scope. Too hard to guess fitment.

The rear sight on a jw25 requires you to mount any scope with an objective greater than 1" really high.
I used "high" Burris rimfire rings and put a weaver k3 and redfield 2.75x, both with post reticles
