K98 high turret mounting in NS, or shipping it out somewhere in Canada

I am looking for recommendations on gunsmiths in the Halifax and surrounding area that would be able to do the job for me. I would also not be opposed to shipping the rifle away if there is a smith in Canada that does awesome jobs on K98's.
