K98 Markings BIG PIC!

I just picked up a Port marked k98 off the ee (finally) & found this stamped on the barrel. Looks like a weimar eagle over a N. The stock is Heer marked. Is it east German?

Under the wrist of the stock are there a couple of stamps? K with a number? Is there a pineapple looking stamp with a crown above it anywhere?

The only markings on the stock where put there when produced. The rifle is all original but is the only one I have seen with a flat buttplate.
 
Those are rework stamps. Your rifle has import marks as well - the 8X57 IS - The Nazis never put any of those marks on it.
The flat butt plate is common as in 1941 it could have either-flat or cupped.

I have seen the spread wing eagle on east German refurbs but I have not been able to find another example like this (on the net). I have also found this mark stamped on the bolt beside the serial. Why put on refurb stamps & not refurb anything? I know the flat butt was used early in 1941, just haven't seen a Portuguese contract rifle with one. Either way, looks like this is one f block that never left Germany.
