K98 qualify as all matching?

Even though know exactly what you are after, keep this gun as a place holder, and really always keep it as a shooter. As you build your matching collection you are still going to have the urge to shoot one of these 8mm beauties...and a matching one isn't worth the risk. This rifle will always be an easy grab from the safe to shoot 8mm!
 
something else you should consider , 90% or better 98s in Canada have been refurbished or sported a some point. there are also a lot of renumbered rifles around.
If your putting up top dollar take pictures and ask for a second opinion. ask what the sellers return policy is , if its not reasonable don't buy.
