Is there a special way of mounting these sling? That the keeper isn't digging in your hand or leather sling bunched in between your cheek and buttstock?

It is what you have described I believe, so I leave it as long as possible to get as much through and out of the way of the strong hand as I can or just don't shoot it with the sling attached at all. Don't have any German training info so there may be a field solution.
Leave the sling attached for when you are riding your BMW sidecar, wearing a camoflagued smock and helmet cover, an loaded MG42 belt around your neck with lot's of grenades stuffed here and there including down the boot's.
The sling works very well when used in this application.

Its the one with no tab at the end of the keeper, and button that goes thru the 2 pieces of leather so it bows out.

How secure in the front.
Rear Keeper
Tighter the sling the worst it is. But I can half that bow.
Keeper digging into the hand.
Sling across the chin, If I loop the sling with my arm, I can rest my chin on it and its not pleasant.

Mine doesn't have the loops. How can I install it wrong when only 1 way it can go.
I bought it from Tradex. But doesn't matter real or fake or whatever still digs into my hand. I didnt think they suck this bad.

Yeah shes a little dry but not dried out leather. What should I use?

I use a repro German sling, it's infinitely better than that.... thing. Unless you're set on the Yugo one perhaps go that route instead? The keeper sits much closer to the stock, and the sling adjust relatively quickly so it can be tightened to keep it out of your face.

I just honestly wanted a sling for standing or kneeling supported shooting. When the rifle is 10lbs its kinda needed. So I wasn't set on any model. But being this uncomfortable wont help.
